All items are made to order, so please double-check your selections before purchasing. Because of the made-to-order nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind or incorrect sizing/color choices.
However, we want to make it right if there’s a problem with your order.
Exchanges & Replacements
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted, we will send a replacement as quickly as possible.
To request a replacement:
- Provide your name, email, and order number.
- Include a clear photo of the defective item.
- Specify any changes necessary (color, size, style, etc.).

Once we receive this information, we will process your replacement order promptly.
Shipping & Processing for Replacements
- Replacement items are printed and shipped as soon as possible after your request is approved.
- Standard shipping times apply, depending on your location.
- Tracking will be provided when available.
Important Information
- Slight color or size variations may occur due to the print-on-demand process. These are not considered defects.
- Please inspect your order upon arrival and report any issues within 7 days of delivery.
