All items are made to order, so please double-check your selections before purchasing. Because of the made-to-order nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind or incorrect sizing/color choices.

However, we want to make it right if there’s a problem with your order.


Exchanges & Replacements

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted, we will send a replacement as quickly as possible.

To request a replacement:

  1. Provide your name, email, and order number.
  2. Include a clear photo of the defective item.
  3. Specify any changes necessary (color, size, style, etc.).
  4. Send your request to: customerservice@teelaunch.com

Once we receive this information, we will process your replacement order promptly.


Shipping & Processing for Replacements

  • Replacement items are printed and shipped as soon as possible after your request is approved.
  • Standard shipping times apply, depending on your location.
  • Tracking will be provided when available.

Important Information

  • Slight color or size variations may occur due to the print-on-demand process. These are not considered defects.
  • Please inspect your order upon arrival and report any issues within 7 days of delivery.
